About Jo (BodyFlexion Personal Training):
Jo has been involved in fitness for over 20 years. She has a passion for, and interest in fitness, and the benefits it has on your health and wellbeing. With a strong belief in walking the walk and talking the talk, Jo works out daily including cardio, weights, cable work and mat pilates.
