Cancellation Policy:

24 hours notice is required to cancel a session.  
If less than 24 hours notice is given, payment is required in full.

Groups: Cancelling a Participant(s) but not the Entire Session:

• More than 24 hours notice: Group of 2:

If one person from a group of 2 cancels their attendance but the second person is still coming, the price for the second person will change from a “Group of 2” price to an “Individual” price.

• More than 24 hours notice: Groups of 5 or more:

Where one or more participants from a group of 5 or more cancels their attendance, thereby causing the number of participants to reduce to 2, 3, or 4, the price for the remaining people will change from a “group 5+ price” to a “group 2-4” price.

Webcam Personal Training:

Sessions must be purchased prior to the webcam personal training session.

Code Of Practice:

BodyFlexion Personal Training follows and abides by Fitness Australia's Code of Practice.
