Why Personal Training?

Personal training sessions are determined by your goals - the sessions might involve physical exercises, cardio, weights, cables and core work. All exercises chosen are designed to improve your fitness and strength accordingly.  You can train individually, maybe with a friend or even a group of friends.

Are you lacking energy, feeling tired, gaining weight, sleeping poorly, have a gym membership but have only been a few times, lacking motivation, have an injury, or maybe already training and seeking guidance on correct technique?   We will tailor a solution specifically for you.

Training With A Stable Chronic Condition:

If you have a stable chronic condition and you are interested in improving your strength and cardio, check with your GP prior to commencing any exercise program.

 

All training is low to moderate and is designed to be safe for people with stable chronic conditions such as cardiac or diabetes.    Low to moderate training is also suitable for anyone who hasn't exercised before or who hasn't exercised in a while.
