Training With A Stable Chronic Condition:

If you have a stable chronic condition and you are interested in improving your strength and cardio, check with your GP prior to commencing any exercise program.

 

All training is low to moderate and is designed to be safe for people with stable chronic conditions such as cardiac or diabetes.    Low to moderate training is also suitable for anyone who hasn't exercised before or who hasn't exercised in a while.
