PERSONAL TRAINING: exercises, cardio, weights, core work - all designed to improve your fitness and strength.  Training for individuals, duo's, and groups!

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISES: exercises that move, coordinate and train the muscles and nervous system together in three different directions - backwards and forwards, sideways, and rotational.  Functional training mimics everyday activities and therefore these exercises strengthen and train our bodies to better perform daily tasks.

NUTRITIONAL ADVICE: combining exercise with a well balanced diet will increase and greatly enhance the 'reachability' of your health and fitness goals.

POSTURAL ASSESSMENT: assessment of your posture provides guidance on the most appropriate types of exercises in order for you to improve your posture.  This in turn can reduce muscular imbalances and risk of injury.

ASSISTED STRETCHING / MUSCULAR RELEASE: assisted stretching as well as using a foam roller to assist in muscular release can assist in increased flexibility, improved posture and decrease risk of injury.

REHABILITATION: Working with your GP, physio, chiro or other health or allied health professional Bodyflexion will provide training, assistance and support in your rehabiliation from injury and/or illness.

LOW TO MODERATE TRAINING: This is a low to moderate exercise program, suitable for anyone who hasn't done any exercise in a while.  This is open to everyone and designed to be safe for people with stable long term health conditions such as cardiac or diabetic conditions.

MOBILE PT: BodyFlexion offer a mobile PT service - whether this be a local park, beach or the comfort of your own home!  Based in East Bentleigh BodyFlexion will travel within a 5km radius, or further for an additional small charge - call 0407 826 330 to inquire.

Visiting from interstate or overseas? - no problem, I can visit you or organise a pickup and train in the local area (note small additional charge for pickup prior to and after session).

ERGONOMIC ASSESSMENTS: review of chair, PC, and workarea as well as posture and typing position. (Jo Bransby has completed over 500 assessments in the past three years).

EVENT ORGANISATION: Need something organised, - an event, a relocation, Jo Bransby has spent 25 years working in an operational capacity in Corporate business (prior to the switch to full time Personal Training) - call or email to discuss your upcoming event.
