I started BodyFlexion Personal Training because I wanted others to feel that confidence, strength, energy and stress release that comes from physical exercise. So I stepped away from the corporate world to become a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, and have been training for over 13 years. Developing Your Exercise Program

As a qualified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor in East Brighton, East Bentleigh and surrounding suburbs I will:

Discuss with you your fitness goals and what you want to achieve, devise a personalized program for you that works towards achieving your goals.

I will monitor your progress, provide encouragement and feedback, answer your fitness and nutritional questions and regularly update your program as your fitness improves.

Rehab Expertise, Clinical Pilates & Corrective Exercises

As a qualified Rehab Trainer, Corrective Exercise Trainer and Level 2 Pilates Instructor, I have trained clients with various injuries including back, neck, knee and shoulder, as well as people with stable chronic conditions including neurological and acquired brain injuries, – working to improve their mobility, strength, coordination, function, musculoskeletal imbalances, general wellbeing and reducing/eliminating pain and discomfort.

Medical Consultation

If you have an injury or illness that impacts your every day wellbeing I will work in consultation with your treating Doctor/Specialist or Allied Health Professional to tailor an appropriate and safe exercise program to suit your specific needs.
